A trusted digital village for teens

Young Ninja Leadership Lab™ is the teen-focused continuation of Mommy Teaches the Young Ninja™ and part of the Master Force Leadership Academy ecosystem.

What we believe

Your mind is powerful. Your voice matters. Your choices can shape your future. The Young Ninja identity represents self-awareness, discipline, courage, emotional strength, wise decision-making, and service to the community.

We serve urban teens ages 12–18, especially Black youth and young people from culturally diverse communities — and we show that community through intelligence, creativity, technology, wellness, family, friendship, entrepreneurship, and achievement, never through struggle alone.

The developmental pathway

  1. Level 1

    Know Yourself

    Understand your emotions, triggers, strengths, culture, and values. Self-awareness is the first discipline.

  2. Level 2

    Master Yourself

    Build the habits: focus, sleep, health, money, follow-through, and the pause before you react.

  3. Level 3

    Lead Your Life

    Make decisions on purpose. Set boundaries, plan your future, and take ownership of your outcomes.

  4. Level 4

    Serve Your Community

    Turn your growth outward. Mentor, organize, build, protect, and leave your community stronger.
